A Plymouth woman has launched a side hustle selling unwanted clothing for other people. If you've ever sold anything on Vinted or Marketplace, you may have found it quite time consuming or overwhelming. But Rachel James aims to take that stress away with Resell with Rachel.

She takes bundles of clothes from her customers and makes them a profit. The 29-year-old personal assistant started with helping her friends sell their unworn clothes when one friend was about to take four bin bags to the charity shop. Rachel said "let me have a go at selling some bits" and made her friend £230.

Her friends then encouraged her to start a business and she took the leap in March after a Facebook post. "A lady wrote on 'is anyone good at selling clothes for a fee' and I thought I would help her out, and give it a try. I went and collected some items from her and within a couple of days I made her £100," Rachel said.

As Rachel works 24-hour shifts, she says she has a lot of free time on her days off to sell clothes. "Within the first couple of days of setting up my page I had so many messages from people, just saying what an amazing idea it is," she said. "I now currently have a wait list of people wanting me to sell their clothes for them.

It's been a learning process as I go. I've learnt different things I need to take into consideration and not to take too much at once as it can be quite overwhelming, as a lot of work goes into selling clothes! "Everyone has been so understanding and amaz.
