Sally Jacks says she's going to fight her 'case' and try to get a refund for the high-end bag after it was ruined on a Jet2 holiday. A dismayed Jet2 passenger has received an outpouring of support on TikTok after sharing a video about her frustrating experience on a recent holiday . Sally Jacks, from Burnley in Lancashire, was left dismayed when she was reunited with her checked baggage , only to find it had been left virtually unusable with a wheel ripped off.

What's even worse is that the suitcase was part of a luxury travel set by designer Betsey Johnson , which retails for almost £400. In the video, which has had almost half a million views so far, she explains that she is holiday in Marbella at the time of filming, but that the luggage debacle has cast a shadow over her trip. Sally claims that she's only been offered £50 in compensation for the loss of her expensive eight-wheel bag, or a cheaper replacement case.

"This is my Betsey Johnson suitcase...

look what they've done to the wheel. How on Earth has this happened? They've bashed all the back of it here because they've dragged it..

. they've ripped a complete and utter wheel off," she complains at the start of the video. "They've ripped all the screws off as well.

" She continued: "The worst part of it is, it's the two back wheels so when you pick it up...

I've just got a drunk suitcase." Sally stressed that she doesn't blame Jet2 for what happened, she thinks its the fault of staff at either Leeds Bradford or Malaga.
