Hollywood A-listers Brad Pitt and George Clooney are well-known for appearing on-screen together - and now the popular duo are back from Apple TV+’s new film, Wolfs. Writer-director Jon Watts has opened up about the action-comedy, which sees the pair reunite under different circumstances. Pitt and Clooney are well-known for appearing in the comedy-caper film Ocean’s Eleven, and its various successful sequels, including Ocean’s Twelve and Ocean’s Thirteen.

The heist films, which starred huge actors including Matt Damon and Julia Roberts, are famous throughout the world. However, while it might seem Wolfs could bring out a similar dynamic between Pitt and Clooney, Watts has confirmed there is one important difference in their characters. The movie, which also stars Amy Ryan, is about two fixers who are brought in to help clean up a big crime involving Margaret, a New York D.

A., late one night. Unlike in the Ocean’s films, which see the pair of friends team up for various complicated heists, these two characters don’t want to work together at all.

In Wolfs, the two lone wolves are forced to get the job done - whether they like each other or not. During an interview with Entertainment Weekly , Watts was asked: “These two fixers are working in opposition to each other but toward the same goal, really. Given George and Brad's history, how conscious were all of you about making sure that you weren't doing something that felt like it was the Ocean’s guys back together.
