Isaia Glass said he hadn’t “evaluated his options” more than when he entered the transfer portal last offseason. During the offseason, amid the time slot where the transfer portal is the most prevalent, a miniscule amount of film was available. Glass had appeared in six games his freshman season as an offensive lineman at Arizona State, though, as a reserve offensive lineman.

Most of his film was tape from his high school days at Queen Creek High School in Arizona. Fast-forward, after transferring to Oklahoma State and enduring weeks of battling for a key role, Glass is a starter for the Cowboys. That came amid a decision to transfer to OSU with seven returning starters at the offensive line.

But Glass hasn’t had one set offensive line position over the season’s course. “I feel like at o-line, you can never fully be too locked into one position,” Glass said. “I mean, you’ve always got to be ready to move around.
