Esther Musila shared that she left her banking job at 26 to become a stay-at-home mom. The businesswoman and singer explained on a podcast with her daughter, Gilda Naibei, “I chose to stay at home because you and your sibling had started school, but your schools were in opposite directions. I had a phobia about having someone else drive my kids, which made me fearful.

Musila shared some of her concerns for her daughter’s generation, saying, “I don’t pressure you or say, ‘Now that you’re 30, find a man.’ But I wonder if people still have the patience to build and maintain relationships.
