It will be open from Saturday, August 31st to Sunday, September 15th. The opening reception is on August 31st, starting at 5:30PM.

Currently based in Tokyo, his methods of expression are diverse, including manga, illustrations, photography, sculpture, music, and painting. When talking about him, it is essential to mention his graphic novel “GLEEM,” which has won numerous awards and attracted attention.

The worldview depicted in the novel, which combines his roots as a Dominican born and raised in Toronto, his Afro-futurist ideas born from his identity as an Afro-Latino, and the cyberpunk atmosphere he gained from his life and experiences in Tokyo, has been highly praised by many companies and creators, leading to various collaborations. In the animation industry, he’s worked with Pixar and Cartoon Network. In the fashion scene, he has worked with NIKE and Fragment, and recently had a collaboration with Kanye West in 2023.

All of them have been praised as “COOL”. However, after these collaborations, he was driven by one desire: rather than to simply create pictures that would be labeled “cool” and consumed, it was to be closer to h.
