It’s the final weekend of the Calgary Stampede, and with the departure of the heat warning, even more boots could hit the grounds in the final days of festivities. As of Friday morning, Stampede officials say the 2024 attendance total surpassed one million visitors — putting the 2012 record of 1.4 million in sight.
