The penultimate Sunday of the 2024 NFL regular season features a full day of matchups, and while much of the playoff picture has been decided , there’s still more to play for. The day’s slate concludes with the Atlanta Falcons taking on the Washington Commanders on Sunday Night Football on NBC and Peacock, where two top-10 picks from the 2024 NFL Draft will face off in No. 8 overall pick Michael Penix Jr.

and No. 2 overall pick Jayden Daniels. Before that, there’s several matchups with playoff implications: the Colts visit the Giants at 1pm ET needing a win to keep them in the mix (as well as favorable results elsewhere) and the Buccaneers host the Panthers needing a win and a Falcons loss to avoid elimination.

Also in the 1pm slate, the Philadelphia Eagles host the Dallas Cowboys with the chance to sweep their division rivals for the first time since the 2011 season. Philly lost to Washington in devastating fashion in Week 16 , 36-33, but can still clinch the NFC East with one more win or one more Washington loss. One of the most stacked matchups of the day is in the NFC North, with the Green Bay Packers (11-4) visiting the Minnesota Vikings (13-2).

If they win out, Sam Darnold and the Vikings can take the division and the top seed in the NFC. Meanwhile Jordan Love and the Packers have clinched a playoff berth (all three NFC North teams are playoff bound, with only the struggling Bears on the outside looking in), and are coming off a 34-0 shutout win agains the Saints .
