The sister of a "kind and caring" woman who died suddenly has described her grief. Rachel Brookes said she grew a "closer than anything" bond with her sister Jessie following the death of their younger sister Ally 20 years ago. She was 31. Ally passed away in 2004 due to septicemia linked to meningitis, when she was just five years old. She would now be 25-years-old.
