Alex Carey and Jake Brandwood (Image: Fresh Farm Shop) Fresh Meat Packs has been based at the trading estate on the old Belmont Bleachworks for a decade. However, readers may be familiar with the business which came before it - Fred Brandwood's stall, which had a stall on Bolton Market and is now on Bury Market. Jake Brandwood, from the same family, has opened the shop with Alex Carey.

Alex said: "We are an established meat seller and have been up here for quite a while, but we have just taken on the unit next to us. "We thought it was an opportunity to open something a little more customer-focused. People will be able to collect online orders from it as well.
