Minister Komatireddy Venkat Reddy on Monday said that plans have been prepared to fill potholes using advanced methods and ultra-modern machinery across the state. Special chief secretary (R&B) Vikas Raj along with special secretary Dasari Harichandana reviewed ‘air pressure jet patcher’ and ‘pothole and road maintenance missionary" prepared to fill potholes at Chilkur village in Moinabad mandal, Rangareddy district on Monday. The Minister visited Chilukur and discussed the performance of the machinery with the technicians.

He personally inspected the two missions, which are capable of filling potholes up to 20 km per day. Later, he showed the media on ways to repair the potholes on roads. He said that it takes months to fill the potholes using traditional methods.
