The 55-year-old man was seen going westbound on the eastbound lanes of the I-94. This shocking video showed how a white car moved to the left as the first police vehicle protecting the vice president approached. The video then caught the rogue vehicle driving past another six cars, coming scarily close to Harris.

Police said they believed the man had been drinking while driving and added they later found an open beer can in his car, according to ABC affiliate WISN-TV . The last Milwaukee County Sheriff’s vehicle pulled over on the highway and arrested the 55-year-old. Police reported that the man failed multiple sobriety tests and was apparently confused by the incident.
