The debut – a slow-building, powerful track with a soaring violin arrangement – came halfway through her 18-song set, and can be seen in full below.
The following day (September 24), Baker performed a second show in Thalia Hall, where she once again debuted a new song. This time, she showcased the upbeat new track ‘High In The Basement’. Watch Julien Baker debut ‘High In The Basement’ below.
It is currently unclear when both songs will be released officially, or if they will be part of a larger upcoming project. Earlier this year, Baker announced a string of US and UK tour dates, which includes a three-night residency at Webster Hall in New York and a five-night run at London’s EartH, bumped up from the original three-date schedule .
