The Gardiner Brothers have another verifiable viral hit on their hands with their Beyoncé mashup. Posted on Feb 15, 2024, their Irish dance TikTok has racked up a staggering 4.
1 million likes: Ever so humble, the Gardiner Brothers made sure to also post a TikTok of their Beyoncé-themed bloopers: Matt and Mike Gardiner were born in Denver, Colorado to Irish parents and moved as a family back to Ireland in 2006. In Galway , the talented brothers trained with the Hession School of Irish Dance and went on to win multiple World Irish Dancing Championship titles. While they have both retired from competitive Irish dancing, the Gardiner brothers have toured with the likes of Riverdance, The Kilfenora Ceili Band, and Fusion Fighters.
They enjoy a huge following on social media. Meanwhile, Cairde has also gotten in on the fun with their superb take on the "Texas Hold 'Em" trend. "Beyoncé’s gone country and we’re not angry about it," the lads captioned their TikTok post that has been liked nearly 12k times.
Cairde is made up of six Irish dancers from Ireland - Brian Culligan, Dara Kelly, Francis Fallon, Ronan O’Connell, Seamus Morrison, and Stephen McGuinness - who used to compete against each other but during the pandemic lockdowns, decided to come together to start making dancing videos.
