Warwickshire's luxury all-inclusive care home has achieved a 'Good' rating in its first Care Quality Commission (CQC) inspection. Jubilee House, located in Leamington Spa , opened its doors in April 2023. The care home supports up to 78 older people, including those living with dementia or experiencing memory loss.

The recent report rated the home as 'Good' across all five categories, evaluating the home's services as safe, effective, caring, responsive, and well-led. In the report, residents and their families praised the home's staff for being 'kind' and 'understanding'. One resident commented, "I feel safe here, and I know my needs are met," while another said, "The staff here always listen to me, and I feel respected.

The report observed the home’s commitment to supporting residents' choices about their daily lives, including healthcare decisions and participation in activities. In addition, inspectors praised the home's strong leadership and positive staff culture.
