Internet celebrity and music mogul Charlie Green , better known by his social media handle CG5 , has revealed plans for creative expansion including a upcoming short horror short film and an upcoming EP, following the release of his melodic track Cherish In The Dark. "I go by CG5 on the internet and I make songs about video games and mainstream stuff," Green exclusively told Daily Express US, noting his impressive following of "almost 8 million subscribers on YouTube and almost 4 million on TikTok ." The 25-year-old artist, who has been creating content professionally for six years, recently completed the first leg of his international tour, which garnered the attention of millions on social media.

"When I perform those songs on stage, the really popular stuff such as Sleep Well or my cover of Dancing or even Grimace, the audience is just singing along so loud, and I feel like that is just confirmation for me that I'm doing something right," Green shared. His latest release, Cherish in the Dark , showcases his versatility as an artist, with it's soft melodic tone, which become progressively more pungent thought the track's chorus. "I never stick to one genre ever," Green explained.
