VIENNA — The city of Vienna water supply is still considered unsafe to drink entering Tuesday. However, Vienna mayor Steve Penrod said he’s “cautiously optimistic” that the situation will be resolved shortly. Samples taken on Sunday indicate that the issue, caused by an elevated level harmful algal bloom, is being resolved by weekend changes to the water treatment process.
