Martini & Co is about to turn brunching on its head with Australia’s first Bottomless Lounge to open Thursday in Rockingham. The Bottomless Lounge dedicates a whole floor to bottomless brunching, with 90 minutes of unlimited cocktails and grazing delights on offer. The Lounge is part of Martini & Co’s unique offering at its first WA venue as the cult-favourite kitchen and espresso bar expands from its Victorian stomping ground to the Syren Street precinct at Rockingham Centre.

Foodies will be spoilt for choice as the venue’s ever-expanding cocktail list features more than 100 different cocktails with favourites including the Peanut Butter Cup Martini and Epic Ice-cream Tower — which doubles up as a dessert. Menu favourites from their established outlets interstate, such as house-made three-cheese gnocchi, seafood paella, three little pig pizza, lamb shanks and superfood salad, will also be there. As well as bringing a fresh taste to Rockingham, founder Manasavi Patel said the lounge would be a first for the business.

“This is the first-ever Bottomless Lounge concept we’re launching at Martini & Co, so it’s not only new to WA but also to us as a group,” she said. Ms Patel said Martini & Co chose Rockingham to open its flagship WA venue to “create a sense of city-style living in the heart of a stunning beachside location”. The Rockingham venue is Martini & Co’s fifth location nationally and first venue interstate, with the company planning for rapid expans.
