How do designers get their head in the game ahead of fashion week? While many will be doing nothing besides working with their teams to conjure up next season’s most-wanted looks, Victoria Beckham still squeezes in her workout regime – even during her busiest months. A woman who really can do it all, Beckham may always find time to fit in a workout, but that doesn’t mean she forgets about the day job when she’s at the gym. Quite the opposite, it seems.

In a new video posted to her Instagram Stories, Beckham revealed that she’s never far from some form of runway. “I’m very excited,” she laughed, “that someone put a catwalk in my gym. I mean how cool is this?” This “catwalk” is more commonly used for sled-pushing (a great resistance workout), but Beckham nonetheless looked svelte in a crop-top, leggings and white socks and trainers as she traversed her makeshift runway, surrounded by weights machines.

VB works out five days a week with personal trainer Bobby Rich , and has become a seasoned weightlifter over the years. As showtime approaches in Paris on 27 September, it’s good to know that Beckham is looking after mind and body in the lead-up – signature sense of humour firmly intact, of course..
