She recently confessed to fans on social media that she was feeling "drained" after ignoring signs that her body needed a break due to her gruelling work schedule. She even revealed that she had suspected glandular fever and an infection and abscess in her throat, reports the Mirror . Despite facing setbacks with wedding planning "spiralling out of control", Vicky is thrilled to be marrying .
