They now enjoy the best of everything but it is a result of tremendous hardwork and dedication. Both the stars have gone through their own struggles in lives. Now, after almost three decades, Rajinikanth and Amitabh Bachchan are going to come together on-screen in Vettaiyan.

As per a report in India Today, Rajinikanth recalled that when Amitabh Bachchan started producing movies, he incurred a big loss.

The impact was such that Big B was not even able to pay his watchman and his Juhu home went into public biding. At that time, 'the whole of Bollywood was laughing at him,' said Rajinikanth. He further went on to add that in next three years, Amitabh Bachchan recovered by works on ads and KBC.

"He did all the ads, KBC earned all the money and bought back three homes along with the Juhu home on the same street. He is such an inspiration. He is 82-years-old, and he is working for 10 hours a day," said Rajinikanth.
