Talking about the plot, Satyadev (Amitabh Bachchan) talks about the human rights to a panel of police officers and suggesting that encounter is not the solution to get justice. In the next frame, we see the mass entry of SP Athiyan (Rajinikanth), who is one of the best known encounter specialists and often have conflict with Satyadev. Saranya (Dushara Vijayan), a school teacher from public school, discovers that drugs are getting smuggled and are kept in the classroom of the school.
