Bring to a boil, stirring to ensure sugar has dissolved. Remove from heat and set aside to cool. In a large bowl, place sliced oranges, lemons, grapefruits, and limes.

Add sugar syrup, gin, tonic water, orange syrup, and cinnamon. Stir to combine. Fill eight glasses with ice, pour punch, and serve.
