Wednesday, February 5, 2025 Special trains for Kumbh Mela 2025 start today, connecting Varanasi, Lucknow, Kanpur, Patna, Prayagraj, Delhi, Bhopal, and Raipur to ease travel for pilgrims. To accommodate the increased passenger demand for Kumbh Mela 2025, Central Railway will operate special trains between February 5 and 9. These trains will help reduce congestion on regular services.
Halts : Gondia, Nainpur Jn, Ghonsor, Kachhpura, Jabalpur, Katni, Maihar, Satna, Manikpur Jn, Prayagraj Chheoki Jn, Mirzapur, Chunar, New West Cabin, Pt. Deen Dayal Upadhyay Jn, Buxar, and Ara. Coach Composition : Reservations : Bookings for these special trains (01201, 01202, 01203, and 01204) began on February 4 at PRS centres and online at www.
irctc.co.in under special fare categories.
