The event features four themed nights, each highlighting a different aspect of Indigenous fashion and identity—from honouring missing and murdered Indigenous women to celebrating Indigenous couture and West Coast style. Opening night pays tribute to missing and murdered Indigenous women through symbolic red dress designs, while the second evening, All My Relations Couture Night, features traditional and contemporary fashion that reflects Indigenous culture. The following night, Indigenous Futures delves into Indigenous modernism, emphasizing bold streetwear and boundary-pushing styles; the final night celebrates West Coast designs inspired by local landscapes and communities.

Particpating designers include Alyssia Sutherland, Bruno Henry, Jillian Waterman, Sho Sho Esquiro, Kaylyn Baker, and Janice George. Complementing the runway shows is the VIFW Artisan Market, which will take over the entire lobby of the Queen Elizabeth Theatre. With up to 50 vendors per day, the market will offer unique, handcrafted items, allowing attendees to explore and support Indigenous craftsmanship in real time.
