NORMAL — Starting at 6 a.m. Tuesday, there will be a lane reduction on South University Street between West Virginia Avenue and Harris Street at the bridge in Normal.
The lane reduction is for a sidewalk repair, the town said, and work is expected to be completed by 3 p.m. Friday, weather permitting.
