Vadodara: Two casual labourers were electrocuted when they accidentally came in contact with a power cable in Makarpura GIDC on Monday. Both the labourers were rushed to a hospital. The incident occurred when the workers were shifting iron poles that were being carried by a crane.
When the crane was shifting the iron poles, one of them came in contact with the power cable above. The workers who were holding the poles below got electric shock and fell on the ground. The other workers rushed to help the duo.
The incident was caught on a CCTV installed nearby.
