Liquidator Jonathon Colbran of RSM Australia has been appointed. The company, which previously traded under the name T & S Building Pty Ltd, has been working in Canberra since 2010. Imagine Building Concepts Pty Limited is directed by Tim Staines alongside his wife Sarah, who have over 20 years experience in the property industry.
They have at least five employees, according to the company's website. The company is understood to have three active projects. They include the Moment premium townhouses in Whitlam, which were due to be completed in early 2025.
The Acacia townhouses, also in Whitlam, were expected to be completed in July 2024. The Acacia luxury townhouses were being constructed by Imagine. A crane (inset) remains near the property.
