A man's transformation has left onlookers gobsmacked after he underwent a dramatic surgery makeover in Turkey . Before and after snaps of the bloke were posted online following his cosmetic procedures, with many commenting that he looked so different he 'needed a new identity'. The photos were uploaded to Instagram by the Turkey-based clinic Este Istanbul, using their @esteinstanbul account.
The initial photo shows the chap striking a pose for the camera, hair slicked back and lips pursed. In the follow-up image, he appears completely altered much more defined while maintaining the same stance. It seems he also opted for a fresh haircut alongside the surgeries.
In the post's caption, the clinic detailed the operations, explaining they were performed to help the man achieve the 'golden ratio'. This concept is considered by some as the 'ideal' facial proportion, where the width between the eyes should be approximately 1.618 times the width of one eye.
