Monday, August 5, 2024 Tunisia’s outbound tourism has been significantly influenced by the country’s visa policies, which facilitate international travel for its citizens. Currently, Tunisian passport holders can travel to 69 countries visa free or with visa-on-arrival access as of latest August 2024, making it easier for them to explore various global destinations. This ease of travel has encouraged a growing number of Tunisians to venture abroad for leisure, business, and educational purposes.

The government’s ongoing efforts to negotiate visa agreements with more countries aim to further enhance travel freedom for Tunisians, supporting the upward trend in outbound tourism and fostering greater cultural and economic exchanges on an international scale.
