Videos captured by passers by reported police and fire rushing to the scene next to the 64 flood complex, which boasts the most "exceptional views" of the strip. Video's from the scene showed a Tesla Cybertruck aflame outside the doors of the luxury hotel, and Las Vegas Police confirmed one person was killed inside the vehicle.
