A Pennsylvania Democrat believes Donald Trump's team is using him as a "large, orange puppet" to further their Project 2025 agenda and ban an abortion drug. Rep. Madeleine Dean talked Friday with MSNBC's Nicolle Wallace on "Deadline: White House " about the Republican presidential nominee's comments calling abortion a "small issue" in the election.

"That tells you everything you need to know about Donald Trump ," said Dean. "It's a small issue for him because he doesn't care about the truth, the facts, or anybody else. It is not a small issue, I'll tell you, to my constituents.

Dean pulled out a copy of the much-maligned Project 2025 — the GOP-led plan to overhaul the federal government should Trump win the 2024 presidential election — and noted that on page 457 it calls for reversing approval of chemical abortion drugs and stopping the mail-order use of chemical abortion drugs.
