A CYCLIST has recalled the 'truly horrifying' moment he was stopped and threatened by a group of teenage thugs with a plastic knife. Mr Lang claims he spoke to officers sitting in an unmarked car , who told him they would speak to the youths. The footage shows the bicyclist riding along a cycle path next to a block of flats. Four youths can be seen loitering ahead when suddenly one steps out in front of the bike, causing Mr Lang to screech to a halt.
