This collaboration will see the establishment of a Courtyard by Marriott hotel within the Iris Broadway, Greno West, a versatile mixed-use development project.
The new hotel is set to feature 135 elegantly designed rooms, complemented by banquet facilities capable of accommodating over 2,000 guests. The Iris Broadway Greno West, developed by Trehan Iris, stands out as a premium retail-led mixed-use complex. Its architectural design is the brainchild of Benoy, a globally recognized architectural firm from the UK, acclaimed for iconic projects such as Ferrari World and Dubai City Walk.
The project promises to bring a touch of international flair and sophistication to the Noida region. Spanning over 3.4 acres, Iris Broadway is a 100% lease-based, fully air-conditioned mall that will house a diverse array of retail outlets and gourmet dining options.
