A travel expert has issued a warning to Brits on their way to Benidorm after he noticed people falling for a 'scam' that can land them a hefty fine. TikToker FrankTheStagMan, who organises stag and hen dos in the Spanish resort town, claimed beach cocktail vendors were operating illegally on the shore. His footage starts by showing an alleged illegal drinks seller walking across the road with a tray of cocktails, hoping to sell them to sunbathers.

The beverages are quickly snapped up – but according to Frank, these customers may be unaware the drinks are not being sold legally. "Those cocktails are made with absolute rubbish," he alleged. His colleague then chimes in: "Usually they're prepared on a pavement they slice a lemon on the pavement, chop it up and it goes into your drink.

" "It's crazy," Frank continues as he records the vendor in action. "It's as easy as that. You have two beach clubs opposite and yet you have this guy selling these illegal drinks.

It's shocking." Frank's friend then points out that the tourists are sat next to a sign that reads not to buy from the sellers. Frank then heads down to the beach to show viewers the sign, before adding: "People are still buying those drinks.

Would you believe that if the police came down here and saw them drinking those that's a €700 each (£600) [fine]. I just saw him drop seven or eight cocktails – times that by 700 and I tell you what, someone's holiday would be completely ruined." The clip sparked a flurry of c.
