Flight Centre’s new look at the world’s top holiday hotspots reveals how likely the brand’s customers are to recommend their recent travel locales as must-visit destinations. After surveying over 170,000 holidaymakers from Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Canada, and the UK, Flight Centre has unveiled its global customers’ favorite destinations. Topping the list of city destinations among Flight Centre clients globally is Perth, which scored a remarkable 96% satisfaction rate.
Brisbane and Queenstown follow as the next favorite cities. For country destinations, Portugal leads with a 94% satisfaction rating among Flight Centre customers. The Cook Islands, Australia, and Japan also feature prominently on the list.
Among Aussie FC customers, Queenstown is the most preferred city destination with a 94% satisfaction rating. Japan is the favorite country at 92%. Flight Centre’s Kiwi customers favor the Cook Islands (95%) and the Gold Coast (96%).
South African clients love Australia (97%) and Perth (98%) the most. Flight Centre’s UK customers also prefer Australia as their top country destination (95%).
