A devastating Blackpool house fire that killed a ‘beautiful’ couple and left their children in hospital is not being treated as suspicious, police have revealed. Detectives from Lancashire Police say there was no third party involved in the blaze - and have called for an end to speculation surrounding the fire. Josh Pearson, aged 28, and Danielle Bamber, 24, tragically died after flames engulfed their terraced home on Peter Street in the early hours of Wednesday (July 17).

The six-year-old was taken to hospital after the fire but thankfully did not sustain any serious injuries and has since been discharged. The 21-month-old remains in hospital in a poorly condition, according to police.
