A woman has been indicted on drug possession and trafficking charges after being found on the property where 1.2 pounds of methamphetamine was discovered last week. On Monday afternoon, a Superior Court of Guam grand jury produced a true bill finding probable cause to indict Joann Mary Leon Guerrero, 52, with two counts each of possession of a Schedule II controlled substance with intent to dispense as first-degree felonies and possession of a Schedule II controlled substance as third-degree felonies.
The indictment does not reveal much detail of her alleged actions, other than being accused of possessing "an amphetamine-based substance" and oxycodone on Oct. 22, and "knowingly or intentionally (possessing) with intent to dispense a controlled substance, that is, an amphetamine-based substance" on Oct. 22 and Oct.
