Mario Falcone has showcased the results of his recent eye surgery and fans have said that he looks unrecognisable. The reality TV star, 36 - who was once on the Only Way is Essex - announced in June that he had undergone surgery after having been "very conscious" of his "hooded" eyelids. Mario shared at the time that he had an upper and lower blepharoplasty, which is described by the NHS as "cosmetic surgery to remove excess skin or fat from the eyelids.
