Friday, July 19, 2024 Tourism Malaysia initiated a business-to-business (B2B) workshop as part of a three-day, two-night familiarization trip exploring both Putrajaya and Kuala Lumpur. This event promotes the concept of twin-city vacations in Malaysia. The workshop took place at the Zenith Hotel in Putrajaya, where 14 travel agents from Singapore engaged with over 40 local stakeholders including travel agents, tourism product proprietors, and hotel operators from the two cities.

This session sparked the formation of new business collaborations, the renewal of existing contracts, updates on tourism products, and the crafting of appealing travel packages tailored for Singaporean tourists. It also provided an opportunity for attendees to experience firsthand the latest tourism offerings. Mr.
