Monday, September 23, 2024 In anticipation of the upcoming Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting (CHOGM) in October, members of the Samoa tourism industry congregated at the Tanoa Tusitala Hotel to deliberate on CHOGM-related matters in preparation for the event. According to Tauiliili Alise Stunnenberg, Chair of STA Board of Directors, the meeting served as a pivotal step in ensuring the readiness of the tourism sector to host this significant occasion, which will convene leaders from across the Commonwealth nations in Samoa, including His Majesty King Charles III. The meeting featured three principal presentations, each addressing critical aspects of the preparations.
