John Fury, father of Tommy Fury , had predicted the split between his son and Molly-Mae Hague two years ago. The couple, both, 25, who met on Love Island in 2019 and finished as runners-up, announced their separation last week after five years together. The pair share a daughter named Bambi, and Tommy had proposed last summer.

However, they have now decided to part ways, with Molly-Mae sharing the news via a social media statement. Interestingly, John had foreseen this outcome during an episode of the Netflix documentary 'At Home With The Furys', filmed in the summer of 2022 as he made a savage swipe at Molly-mae. During a conversation with the YouTube sensation, who was pregnant with Bambi at the time, John made a comment about their relationship status that now seems prophetic.

He told her: "It's a boxer's life, it's a boxer's wife', to which Molly-Mae replied: "Not a wife yet, one day." John then ominously predicted: "If you're not now, in the condition you're in, you're never gonna be, are ya?" before they both laughed off his remark. Molly-Mae took to Instagram a week ago with a heart-wrenching post announcing her split from Tommy just a year after they got engaged.

She penned: "Never in a million years did I think I'd ever have to write this. After five years of being together I never imagined our story would end, especially not this way. "I am extremely upset to announce that mine and Tommy's relationship has come to an end.

I will forever be grateful for the most impo.
