Love Island sweethearts Molly-Mae and Tommy called time on their relationship last Wednesday (14 August) after five years together. Now, Tommy Fury ’s dad, John, seems to have known his son would split from Molly-Mae two years ago with a comment he made in a documentary - with the clip resurfacing.

It came during an episode of the family's Netflix show, At Home With The Furys - which was filmed in the summer of 2022 while Molly-Mae was pregnant with daughter Bambi . In the clip, pregnant Molly-Mae told Tommy’s dad, John, she'd learnt some traveller lingo to impress him. He then retorted: "It’s a boxer’s life, it’s a boxer’s wife", to which Molly-Mae replied: "Not a wife yet, one day!" However, John then made a savage dig about Molly-Mae's relationship status and said: "If you’re not now, in the condition you’re in, you’re never gonna be, are ya?"
