Washington: Love is clearly in the air for Hollywood's favorite couple, Tom Holland and Zendaya! The 'Spider-Man' star recently shared a sweet and surprising confession: he sometimes Googles Zendaya just to make sure she’s doing okay. "The last thing I Googled was actually Zendaya," Tom admitted, revealing his habit during a recent interview. "I’m not on social media, and I delete it when I’m not using it.
So sometimes, it’s more of an anxiety thing, but I’ll check to see if everything’s good and to make sure we’re all cool," he shared. "I just give her a little Google and look through the news, and I’m like, 'She’s good.'" His caring nature was on full display on October 24 at the New York City launch of his new brand.
A viral clip from the event shows Holland stepping in to protect Zendaya from a crowd of eager fans. The actor politely asked, "Give us a little bit of space," as he guided her safely through the crowd. Fans can’t stop gushing over how protective he is toward her.
The couple has come a long way since they met on the set of 'Spider-Man: Homecoming' in 2017. Though they began dating in 2021, they’ve kept their romance mostly private. However, Zendaya has also spoken out about the balance of keeping things personal while living in the public eye.
"I can’t not be a person and live my life and love the person I love," she said in an interview. "You can’t hide. That’s not fun either.
I am navigating it more than ever now," she said, Zenda.
