The singer, 29, who also has dyslexia, opened up about his diagnosis as he shared upcoming plans for his new album.

After finding out that he has ADHD, Tom has turned his attention on writing his new album in the United States. According to The Sun , he said: 'I’ve got ADHD and I struggled with concentrating at school. 'I’ve just been told I’ve got ADHD.

It wasn’t picked up at school. Maybe that’s why I sat there unable to focus.'
