Tiny beach hut that is just 6ft wide goes up for sale for £110,000 - even though it comes with no toilet or shower Shack number 93 has a simple design and is painted cream from the outside There is a small kitchen area with a fridge and a hob as well as cupboards By Megan Howe Updated: 10:23, 14 August 2024 e-mail View comments A tiny beach hut located in a Dorset fishing village is on the market for £110,000 — but it doesn't come with a toilet or a shower. The property, based on Avon Beach in Mudeford, has an enviable location and a steep price tag to match, but there are very limited facilities. Shack number 93 has a simple design and is painted cream from the outside, with a blue interior to match the ocean and a couple off fold-up chairs to kick back in.

There is a small kitchen area with a fridge and a hob, so day trippers to the coast can enjoy a BBQ on a warm summers day, as well as cupboards for storage. But on the downside, there are no bathroom facilities and the hut has a maximum capacity only four people. The listing on Luxury Property News, reads: 'This beachfront hut, measuring 13'2' by 6'2', boasts a well-equipped kitchen and seating area, complete with an integrated fridge, a two-burner gas hob, and a sink unit, alongside ample storage cupboards.
