DUBLIN Airport has announced the closure of one of its most loved outlets - but revealed big plans for next year. Butlers Cafe in Terminal 2 has shut in order to undergo a full refurbishment. But those hopping on a flight need not fear, as a temporary kiosk will open later this week.
Taking to X, formerly Twitter , Dublin Airport shared the news of the closure. In the tweet , they explained: "Time for a revamp! "Butlers cafe in T2 has closed to allow for a full refurb. Fear not coffee lovers - a temporary @ButlersChocs kiosk will open later this week to ensure you can still get your pre-flight fix.
" The team added that a "bigger and better" Butlers Cafe will reopen in early 2025. The picture posted alongside it shows the Butlers Cafe shut, with large gates surrounding the kiosk. It comes shortly after the airport made another huge announcement , in a major boost for jetsetters.
Dublin Airport has announced the opening of a new cafe in Terminal 2 - and it has a diverse range of selections to grab. The new cafe, Fruitality, offers healthy food options, specialist smoothies and hot food to grab on the go. The new food outlet is located at Terminal 2's airside and serves delicious hot breakfasts, salads, porridge, acai bowls and fresh smoothies.
