However, within recent weeks those same posts have gotten more attention after they were shared on different online platforms.
In the wake of the problematic posts coming to light, fans of Alix have been encouraging the 23-year-old to address the harmful remarks she made when she was 13 under each of her TikToks. Listening to her supporters, the beauty influencer explained herself in an in-depth statement she posted on her and Instagram Stories on Monday. "A couple of weeks ago, screenshots surfaced from my old ask.fm account showing me using a slur in the summer of 2014. I am taking accountability and want to make it clear that I was 13 years old and did not understand the deeply offensive meaning behind that word," the blonde bombshell wrote.
