Tia Mowry seemingly hinted at a rift in her relationship with twin sister Tamera Mowry. “Being alone has been the most challenging part of my divorce,” Tia — who split from Cory Hardrict in 2022 after 14 years of marriage — says in a preview for her new We TV show “Tia Mowry: My Next Act” on Friday. “It’s times like this when I feel and wish that my sister and I were still close and I could pick up the phone and call her,” she says, adding, “that’s just not where we are right now.

” However, a source clarifies to Page Six the comment was referring to physical proximity between the sisters, not their relationship. Tia currently lives in Los Angeles with her son Cree, 13, and daughter Cairo, 6, while Tamera resides in Napa, Calif., with her husband, Adam Housley, and their two children.

Reps for both Tia and Tamera — who also have two younger brothers Tahj and Tavior — did not immediately return Page Six’s requests for comment. Elsewhere in the preview, the “Sister, Sister” star, 46, says after her divorce she is “slowly learning” who she is. “I came into this world with a twin and right after that I went into a 22-year relationship.

So I have never been alone in my life. It has been quite a journey,” she explains. Tia filed for divorce from Hardrict in in October 2022, citing irreconcilable differences.

“I have always been honest with my fans, and today is no different. I wanted to share that Cory and I have decided to go our separate.
