The Dallas Cowboys have a case to be the most maddening 2-2 team in the entire NFL. Led by a talented duo in Dak Prescott and CeeDee Lamb as the basis of their team, the Cowboys have won two games off pure talent alone, but were walloped by the New Orleans Saints in shocking fashion. While they engineered a late comeback attempt against the Baltimore Ravens, the Ravens ran for almost 300 yards against the defense.

Their matchup against the Pittsburgh Steelers has plenty of history to go along with it. That means that emotions, especially under the lights, should be high. Regardless, here are three things to know about the Cowboys: The Dak and CeeDee show, but not explosive The Cowboys, as you would expect, are the CeeDee Lamb and Dak Prescott show, but they are not an explosive offense.

While the Cowboys can move the ball, against the blitz and zone coverages they see, the Cowboys have the second least explosive plays in the entire NFL this season. They have just 14, with 10 of those being through the air. Lamb accounts for nine of those ten plays.

Meanwhile, they have just four runs of over 10 or more yards. Lamb also accounts for three of those four runs. This is an inconsistent offense that largely moves the ball through one player.

Tight end Jake Ferguson had missed time early in the year, but has started to ramp himself back up, too. So, that is the second target for the Cowboys in this game that the Steelers will have to pay attention to if they want to slow this group .
